### 1. Delivery & Shipping

All relics are prepared within 1–3 working days and delivered worldwide with sacred care.  
You will receive a tracking rune once your artifact leaves the Forge.

### 2. Returns & Exchanges

If your relic does not resonate with your bloodline, you may return it within **14 days** of receiving it.

All items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with honor.

Each relic is inspected by our inner circle before departure.  
If a piece arrives damaged, we will send a new one — no questions asked.
